About Our Staff
The people of EquityLink possess combined experience of
several decades in both real estate and mortgage businesses. The company’s
principal, Mr. James Villarroel, received a degree in Economics from North
Carolina State University, and has been personally involved in over 4000
transactions. He is assisted by a team of professionals and support staff, all
dedicated to providing the lowest risk and highest returns possible for our
